Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for My Digital Sevak, a subscription service operated by Advance Media Solution. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1.Free trial

New workspaces include a 7-day free trial. A payment method (card or UPI) is collected at sign-up, but no charge is made during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

2.Billing cycle

After the trial, your selected plan is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. Payments and recurring mandates are handled securely by Razorpay. A GST tax invoice is issued for every successful charge.

Subscription fees are billed for a service period and are generally non-refundable for partial periods. When you cancel, you continue to have access until the end of the period you already paid for — we do not charge again, and we do not pro-rate a refund for the unused portion.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and notify you. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may move to a past-due state and the workspace may be locked until billing is resolved.

7.Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
