Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Advance Media Solution (“AMS”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data in connection with My Digital Sevak (the “Service”). My Digital Sevak is a brand of Advance Media Solution.
We act in two roles: as a data fiduciary/controller for the account information of our customers (agencies), and as a data processor for the data those agencies and their clients put into the Service (“Customer Data”). For Customer Data, the agency decides how it is used; we only process it to provide the Service.
1.Information we collect
- Account & business info: name, email, agency name, role, and login credentials (passwords are stored only as salted hashes).
- Billing info: plan, subscription status, GST details you provide, and payment identifiers. Card/UPI details are collected and processed by Razorpay — we do not store full card numbers.
- Customer Data: content you and your clients add — brands, content calendars, files/links, invoices, contacts, and any client information you choose to store.
- Technical & usage data: device/browser information, log data, and local-storage values used to keep you signed in and remember preferences.
2.How we use information
- To provide, secure, and improve the Service;
- To process subscriptions, payments, and issue invoices;
- To send transactional emails (verification, welcome, invoices, reports, notifications);
- To provide support and respond to your requests;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data or your Customer Data.
3.Service providers (sub-processors)
We share data with trusted providers strictly to operate the Service:

4.How we protect data
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our database;
- Tenant isolation: each agency’s workspace is logically separated so one customer cannot access another’s data;
- Passwords stored as salted hashes; sensitive operations gated behind server-side checks;
- Regular database backups.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
5.Data retention
We retain account and Customer Data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, you may request an export within 30 days, after which data may be permanently deleted, except where we must retain certain records (e.g. tax invoices) to comply with law.
6.Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. If you are an agency’s client, please contact that agency first, as they control your data within their workspace.
7.Cookies & local storage
We use essential local storage and cookies to keep you signed in, remember your theme, and operate core features. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
8.Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.
9.Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
